Paul and Hilde Singer have assembled a boutique team of wine, beer, and spirits professionals to cover Ontario from end to end. We represent a carefully selected portfolio of producers — showing up not as outside reps, but as true extensions of your brand.
We partner with a limited number of producers so every brand receives our full attention. We build lasting relationships with retail buyers across the LCBO and grocery networks, turning introductions into listings and listings into loyal shelf presence.
As industry writers, we also know how to tell your story. A convergence of skills to get your products moving in the marketplace.
History:
- 1996: Paul starts the world’s first wine, beer, and spirits blog. Today, Paul and the team continue writing about wineries, craft breweries, and small batch distilleries that produce defining products!
- 2003 – present: Paul & Hilde count these producers as past or present clients: Viewpointe Estate Winery, Bella Terra Vineyards, Railway City Brewery, Sleeping Giant Brewing, the Zywiec family of Polish beers (via Importex), Mann’s Distillery, and several European producers.
- 2023: Paul & Hilde expand their boutique beverage consultancy to provide stronger growth performance for their clients, while maintaining a limited number of producers to ensure focus and maximized sales results.
